Building the Empowr Platform: Lessons from Fullstack Development
The Empowr project was one of my most challenging and rewarding experiences in software development. Over four months, our team built a complete outsourcing transaction platform from the ground up.
The Technical Stack
We chose Laravel as our primary backend framework for its elegant syntax and robust ecosystem. Tailwind CSS handled the styling with its utility-first approach, while MySQL served as our database.
Challenges We Faced
One of the biggest challenges was implementing the real-time task matching algorithm. We had to balance performance with accuracy to ensure workers were matched with appropriate tasks quickly.

What I Gained
